Return & Exchange Policy

As our primary goal is to serve you, we are pleased to inform you that the return and replacement process will be entirely free for the first time, and it includes eyeglasses and sunglasses.

Because the safety of the returned products is essential, the manufactured contact lenses and eyeglass lenses are not included in the return or replacement.

You can exchange or return your order within only 3 days from the date of receipt and after our return and exchange conditions apply

What are the non-refundable and exchangeable goods?

The returnable and exchangeable goods are the unmodified accessories, eyeglasses and sunglasses, and a medical lens has not been added to it.

- Contact lenses, whether medical or decorative, and lens solutions (for safety reasons) are not refundable or exchangeable unless there is a defect in the product or an error has occurred in the order by LAVUI.

 

What are the terms of return and replacement?

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

The replacement must be the same value as the previous order or higher.

A product can be exchanged for more than one product and the difference, if any, can be paid.

No fees are taken for the replacement or return for the first time only on the eyeglasses and sunglasses, but in the event of a replacement request for the second time, the customer bears the shipping value.

For customers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the customer bears the cost of shipping to replace or return eyeglasses and sunglasses.

After receiving your products and sending them to our specialized team, which will review the returned products to verify their compliance with LAVUI's return and exchange policy (this process takes 2-5 working days)

 

How long is the refund?

After the shipment arrives and receives it in the store, the shipment will be reviewed by the technical department and to ensure the safety of the returned products and the applicability of the return terms
